Abstract

The development of science, technology, and globalization has brought various new challenges to the education system in Indonesia. Education today is no longer only oriented toward the delivery of knowledge but is also directed at developing students' critical thinking skills, creativity, collaboration, and communication. In addition to mastering theories, education is also required to develop skills and character that are relevant to the needs of the global workforce. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The literature study was conducted through data collection from various sources of references, reading and recording relevant information, as well as processing research materials to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic being studied. On the other hand, technological developments have made a significant contribution to the advancement of education, particularly in the development of learning media utilized by teachers. However, in order for the use of technology to provide optimal benefits and reduce its negative impacts, supervision from teachers and parents is needed, along with strengthening digital literacy among students.
