Anxiety Attachment sebagai Prediktor Kecemburuan pada Dewasa Awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bekasi
Abstract
Hubungan romantis pada dewasa awal tidak terlepas dari berbagai dinamika emosional, salah satunya adalah kecemburuan yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh anxiety attachment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh anxiety attachment terhadap kecemburuan pada dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linear sederhana. Partisipan berjumlah 421 individu berusia 18–29 tahun yang sedang menjalani hubungan pacaran minimal tiga bulan dan dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Multidimensional Jealousy Scale (MJS) dan Anxious Attachment Scale Items (AASI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa anxiety attachment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecemburuan (R = 0,616; R² = 0,380; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi anxiety attachment, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan individu mengalami kecemburuan dalam hubungan romantis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kajian mengenai faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi kecemburuan pada dewasa awal serta menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
